We are proud to unveil two new spaces designed to accelerate our client's growth, with a brand new Core Lab and Tissue Culture Room.

New Core Lab and Tissue Culture Room 

Our new shared core lab is up and running, with five new users joining the space. Get started with your science for just $900 in our shared core lab. If you need a bench space with fume hood and biosafety cabinet access, schedule a tour today and claim your bench now!

Alongside our core lab, we are opening up a brand new Tissue Culture Room with centrifuges and incubator space for rent. Semi-private labs are also available; share your lab with one other user at a low cost. Book a tour with us for more information.
We are excited to welcome seven new companies into our community here at Valley Research Park. Beshton Sofware, Leiden Measurement Technology, Appel Sauce Studios, Obvia Pharmaceuticals, NextSense, Get-NIHL, and Enne Synergy have joined us in May and early June. We are excited to welcome them and support their growth. 
Medic Life Sciences Announces Partnership with Gradiant Bioconvergence
Medic Life Sciences announced a partnership with Gradiant Bioconvergence. Their initial project will focus on validating a novel biomarker identified through the MCAT™ platform which increases the sensitivity of EGFRwt NSCLC tumors to EGFR inhibitors. Read more here.
