Many our of 100+ research labs are well set up for 2-4 scientists to get started next week. We also have lab options for larger teams of up to 20 scientists. Our campus was custom built for Lifescience Research and Development by MedImmune. Perfect for the needs of modern Deep Science.
Our Campus is ready for Plug N Play use for: Biotechnology labs, Wet labs, Biology labs, Oncology, Clean Technology Research, Semiconductor, Battery or Photovoltaic research, Deep science, Agtech, manufacturing, and General Life Science.
HEAVY POWER, 480 Volts ( 3 Phase), 208 Volts (3 phase), 4,000 amps of power. Each building has a 500kw diesel Back up generator.
Campus has Server rooms available with 1G upload speed and server rack space.
Our labs are BSL2 compliant and have access to shared Lab equipment: Chemical Fume hood, Autoclave, Deionized water, Centrifuges, Freezers, Fridges, analytic scales, liquid nitrogen, Dry ice, Clean dry air (CDA), house Co2, flammable and acid storage. Access to a shared tissue culture room. Some services have additional fees.
