Our 100 research labs were custom built for Life Science Research and Development by MedImmune. Perfect for the needs of modern Deep Science. Most labs are set up for 1-6 scientists to get started next week. Get multiple labs to support larger teams.

Labs are BSL2 compliant. We provide shared services and equipment in our Core lab and a Tissue Culture suite. (Some equipment/ services have additional fees) Pricing for smaller labs are a FLAT FEE. It includes all our amenities. No added fees for: utilities, NNN, or general services. Some Equipment and services have additional fees. Contact us for more info.
