VRP has private research space options for a team of just you or 30 scientists. Our 100 research areas have been custom built for the Research and Development needs of Deep Science. Join our vibrant community of 60+ companies with private research areas and Co-working Office areas. Flexible terms.
Spaces ready for Plug N Play use for: Biotechnology labs, Wet labs, Biology labs, Oncology, Clean Technology Research, Semiconductor, Battery or Photovoltaic research, Deep science and General Life Science. We have a 1G upload speed internet for ai training. All of our labs are BSL2 compliant and can have access to shared Lab equipment of: Autoclave, Deionized water, Freezers, liquid nitrogen, Dry Ice, Clean dry air, House provided Co2, Centrifuges, and Fume Hood. Some labs have Hepa filters, 100% outside air, or are class 1000 Clean rooms, ISO3 and ISO4. Heavy Power: 4000 amps of 3 phase power at 480 Volts. Two 300 kw backup power generators.
Pricing for the co-working environments is all inclusive FLAT FEE. It includes all your laboratory rental costs and our amenities. There are no added fees for utilities, NNN fees, or any other fees for your research lab at our Coworking campus.
We also have a few options for larger stand alone Research spaces for larger teams,They are priced as rent + NNN. Contact us for details.

All utilities at our Science Research Coworking Campus are included in the FLAT FEE pricing: electricity, natural gas, water, and shared WIFI to all labs and shared areas. Each building has a 300kw back up power generator ( 600kw together) that supplies critical plugs in labs and critical HVAC.

VRP provides and maintains stocked Break rooms ready for your research scientists with endless Coffee and services. VRP also provides games for when take a break from developing new innovative chemistry, or Biology discoveries. See Amenities page for complete list of provided amenities.

VRP receives all your incoming packages for you, You don’t have to stop your science research or your investor board meeting to meet with vendors dropping off tanks of oxygen or new equipment.
